Hello my name is..

Michelle Butler and I'm a freelance web designer working also as a printmaker. I love strange museums and beasts, wunderkammers and 'junk'.

Screen prints and lino cuts - I belong to Ink Spot Press in Brighton and have used the BBK Kulturwerk printworkshop in Berlin, Germany
I am currently working on new prints for an upcoming exhibition.

Prints

I print from lino cuts and then transfer them to make screen prints - my most recent set of prints are influenced by folk traditions, dark tales and Forteana.

CBBC sign on

This project involved designing a coalescence tool which enables existing CBBC website users to transfer to the new sign on system.
The character of a blue bunny guides children through a series of instructions in a simple and clear way.

New wordpress website and design for Optronica, a digital film and music festival.
Complete re-designed with only the existing logo reworked - wordpress was used to add an additional function overhaul.
